Process? Therapy? Until Self Identity is Identified as Positive Energy Clothing a Light Body (or anything related) … “therapists” themselves fragile - are Just - Beating a Drum in the Desert.

True, we are all beautiful beings of light but the more beautiful, the more downtrodden the upbringing it seems. 😮‍💨

I have known many (70 years) in those and related fields, none! were happy, self resolved (or sufficient, always needing a group or crowd about them), always seeking validity (maybe they knew), and I still consider them to this day a danger to others.

Totally! Feeling the feeling that was too traumatising when it happened, if pos taking it back to the original source, and allowing yourself to process - physically mentally emotionally - what happened back then, thereby allowing it to release, naturally.

Not as simple when it’s preverbal!

Debra Goring's avatar

Oh god, yeah. Can be done to an extent though I think.

How does one allow the process?

Illuminate The Illusion's avatar

Co regulation with a safe person who can hold your big emotions

It only takes 90seconds for them to pass through and out of the body

Not much money in that now is there?

So right.

Well, allowing feelings to be there rather than resisting was a key I learnt from an old Chinese healer before he died. And allowing yourself to feel them, cry, shout, scream into a pillow or whatever is suitable, so the emotion doesn't stay trapped in the body and the split remains. If we had been able to process the feelings at the point of the pain, we wouldn't be struggling later in life. It's not what happens so much as how you respond. Natural healing energy comes when we cry, shout out, allow ourselves to express what we're feeling. Hope that makes sense. If I hurt myself I cry out like a baby and then it is soothed and healing in seconds to a couple of minutes usually. Natural expression/healing has been thwarted by society etc. adults don't cry rubbish. Sorry, ranting. 🤭

Thank you grateful. Not seem as rant

I so agree with your post. My daughter seemed to respond well to therapists who would listen and hold space instead of instruct, label, and give homework. She found therapists with HSP (Highly Sensitive People) knowledge to be a better fit. Now she's struggling with nervous system symptoms and tells me to just listen and let her feel her feelings. I'm studying QHD (Quantum Human Design) and I've talked with a therapist who now coaches using QHD to empower her clients to embrace their unique authentic self which may be the key to truly regaining balance.

QHD is still a programme though? Do we choose to live by something designed for us or do we design our lives according to who WE ARE BECOMING?

And yes that is the key to the evolved "Quantum" part of human design. Check out Dr Karen Parker who studied under the founder of human design and carried forward his work after he died and created QHD. The quantum field is filled with pure possibility; we are filled with pure possibility. 👍🦋
